My Trucks

Believe it or not I have had more than you see here; around 14 I think. I have sold and bought more vehicles in the past 10 years than most people do in a lifetime. I don't really know why, I guess I just like to haggle with salespeople. Some I bought, fixed up, then sold; one I fixed up, then it was stolen. Some I tried to fix up, I should have just burned the money on those. But anyhow, here are a few.

My '78 Ford Bronco. Real fun, real nice, really big gas hog. I did some work on the suspension, put some nice wheels and tires on it, got it running right, then it got STOLEN!! I got a phone call from the Arizona St. HWY Patrol a few months back, they said they found it. Unfortunately, it had no heater, radio, top, mismatched tires, ect....  I told them they could keep it, I'm sure it was trashed.

Here is my '78 CJ-5. This Jeep was a real blast. Good for nothing but cruising around on nice days, and playing in the sand in Florida where I lived at the time. It had a 304 V-8, 3 speed, and a nice radio. Great cruiser. Bought it for $350, sold it for $3,000!!! (one of my fixer-uppers)

What we have here is my  '85 Dodge Ram. 360 V-8, automatic, 4X4, 7 foot Myers plow,  just to name a few. This truck was bought from a buddy of mine in Crestline, and has been a money sucker ever since. I had to rebuild the transmission, buy new tires for the front, rebuild the brakes up front, do some engine work, replace the carburetor,  and I thought I had it all figured out. well now I have major wiring problems and I cant even fire it up......is it worth another $400 bucks or so? Haven't figured it out myself. It is a lot of fun to drive though.      STATUS.......SOLD FOR $200!!

I'll sum this one up quick. High School, fast, fun!!

This was my '96 F-150 XLT , 4X4, V-8, automatic. This was just a cool truck. Didn't like to get it into the mud, it was too pretty.

1997 F-250 XLT Supercab. Well All I can say about this truck was that I needed something to pull my horses around with. Pricey? Yes!!

This is my newest and current truck. Yea, yea, I know, where do you add the rice? I know, but I wanted a truck who's efficency  wasn't measured in gallons per mile. It's a loaded '97 Tacoma 4x4 ......and it's PAID FOR......WHO-HOO!!!
